Experienced clinical researcher helms Early Phase and Strategic Development
San Antonio, TX, August 3, 2016– Clayton Dehn joins Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. (CTT) as Senior Vice President of Early Phase Services and Strategic Development. Dehn is a research physiologist and clinical researcher with experience in endocrinology, fertility and metabolic disorders.
“Having Clay join our Early Phase department allows us to grow in areas where he excels,” said CEO/President Kay Scroggins. “His work in the scientific community in areas of complex special assessments brings world-class talent to our research site.”
Dehn was previously the cofounder and CEO of a pharmaceutical startup researching Metabolic Syndrome (which includes indications such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia and fatty liver disease.)
“I’m looking forward to advancing CTT’s Early Phase capabilities and capitalizing on the company’s exceptional reputation in the research industry,” said Dehn. “Our biggest competitive advantage is the experience level of the clinical team and established processes which are so critical to clinical research.”
Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. (CTT) was founded in 2001 by Kay Scroggins, RN, CCRC.
