What Are Clinical Trials?

All medications that are sold either by prescription or over-the-counter must be properly tested to ensure they are safe and effective. All clinical trials in the United States are overseen by the FDA and an Institutional Review Board. Additionally, all clinical studies are overseen by a Principal Investigator who is a medical doctor trained to conduct research studies properly, safely, and ethically.

Who Can Participate?

If you volunteer to participate in a clinical trial, you may need to meet certain criteria. When you call us, we will review that information with you. You will also be informed of the trial’s details including the number of visits, compensation provided for your participation, and more.
