COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Vaccine Self-Scheduler

To qualify for this study, participants must:

  • Be 12-17 years old
  • Be able to provide documentation of having received 4 COVID-19 vaccines 
  • Be willing to use an effective form on birth control
  • Be in good general health 
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding 
  • Not have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 in the past 10 days
  • Not have had a fever in the past 72 hours 
  • Not have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 3 months 
  • Not have received a total of 5 doses or more of COVID-19 vaccine 
  • Not be immunocompromised 
  • Additional criteria will apply
